Level 7 Rooftop Bar is located on the 7th floor of the AC Marriott Hotel Raleigh North Hills in Raleigh, NC. I was fortunate enough to steal away for a weekend and stay at this hotel. I wanted to maximize my experience while there, so I took full advantage of my surroundings, including visiting the rooftop bar.
On Saturday morning, it was busier than I'd expected (still compliant with COVID-19 indoor requirements), so I purchased an expresso and opted to return the next morning for brunch.
The Food
I ordered an $8 omelette that was packed with sausage, bacon, spinach, peppers, onion and cheese, with a $6 berry parfait and a $4 cup of coffee (free refills). Carly was my server and paid close attention to my needs and the other guests who were there. She has strong customer service skills and also works in the sales department for AC Marriott Raleigh North Hills.
She explained to me that the venue could be rented out for events on occasion so if that's something you're interested in, you can contact Level 7 Rooftop Bar for your event needs.

The Atmosphere
The Level 7 Rooftop Bar was clean and welcoming. As I was leaving, I noticed that Pastor Charles Stanley was playing on the TV which I thought was pretty interesting. I'm not sure if it was intentional since it was a Sunday morning, but I thought having a Sunday sermon with brunch was a nice touch.
The People
The staff at the Level 7 Rooftop Bar were courteous and attentive to my needs. From my server, Carly, to Paul, the young man who checked on me from time to time while setting up for an engagement party, the two servers were friendly, patient, and polite enough to wear their masks to keep themselves and guests protected.
Conclusion
The winner of the day???
The berry parfait!
It was light, yet flavorful and rich in taste. Did I mention how fresh the berries were?! ?It was so good!
If you're ever in the Raleigh North Hills area and are able to check out Level 7 Rooftop bar, I would recommend visiting on a beautiful day where you can eat and sit outside with a breathtaking view. ?I'd like to thank the AC Marriott Hotel Raleigh North Hills and the Level 7 Rooftop Bar family for being welcoming hosts. I look forward to returning and trying other menu items post-COVID.
